Shipping Policy (International Shipping Considerations)

  • Production Time: Resin miniatures are printed and prepared to order. Please allow an estimated 7–10 days production time before shipping. This allows for printing, quality inspection, and safe packaging. During periods of high demand or large orders, production might take a bit longer. We will inform you if we anticipate unusual delays. 

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination. Typical transit times are: 1–5 business days within Belgium, 5–7 days to other EU countries, and 7–14 days to the USA/Canada (approximately). Rest of world orders might take 10–20 days depending on the country. Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery can be affected by factors like postal service delays, customs processing, or holidays. We will provide a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We strive to keep international shipping rates reasonable.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders): If you are ordering from outside the European Union (e.g., the United States or other regions), be aware that your local customs authorities may impose import duties, taxes, or fees on your package upon arrival. Any such customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. We do not collect these fees at checkout, and we have no control over your country’s import policies. You are solely responsible for paying any import taxes or duties required by your country’s laws. If you’re unsure about potential fees, please check with your country’s customs office before ordering. Tip: U.S. customers generally do not pay import tax on packages valued under a certain threshold, but this can vary. Other countries (like Canada or UK) often have VAT/GST and handling fees on imports.

  • Customs Delays: International shipments (especially outside the EU) might occasionally be delayed by customs processing. This is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience if a package is held for review by authorities. We provide all necessary documentation with the shipment to minimize any hold-ups.

  • Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Packages: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed at customs/post office, we will contact you. We may ask for additional postage to resend the package. If you decide to cancel the order at that point, we can refund the product price minus the original shipping cost (since that service was used) once the item is safely back with us. If the package was destroyed or lost due to being unclaimed or wrong address, we will work out a solution case-by-case (but we cannot refund in full for errors not made by us).

  • Shipping Damage: As noted in our Return Policy, if an item arrives with shipping damage, please save all packaging and contact us immediately with photos. We insure our shipments when possible and will assist in claiming insurance or sending a replacement.
