At Little Legends Minis, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality resin miniatures that meet the highest standards. Due to the nature of resin casting and the intricacies of 3D-printed models, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.
Each miniature is custom-printed, inspected, and carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition. However, because resin models are highly detailed and fragile, slight variations or imperfections may occur during the casting process. These are normal and part of the uniqueness of resin casting. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.
Our return policy is designed to comply with European consumer protection laws while recognizing the custom-made nature of our products.
Please read carefully:
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers): Under EU consumer law, customers generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods (the “cooling-off period”). However, there are important exceptions to this rule. Notably, the 14-day withdrawal period does NOT apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized. Since all Little Legends Minis products are custom 3D-printed to order, they fall under this exception. In other words, we cannot accept returns or order cancellations for our made-to-order miniatures simply due to a change of mind.
No Returns on Custom/Made-to-Order Items: All sales are final on custom-printed resin miniatures. Once you place an order, we immediately begin the process of printing your model just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a serious manufacturing defect. This policy aligns with EU regulations permitting refusal of returns for personalized items and is a standard practice for print-on-demand products.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your miniature arrives broken, significantly defective, or unusable due to a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue – typically by offering a replacement print (if feasible) or an alternative solution at our discretion. We may request photos of the damage/defect and the packaging to assess the problem. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved, in case the carrier needs to inspect damage during transit.
How to Request a Replacement: To report shipping damage or a serious defect, email us at LittleLegendsMinis@proton.me within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or other remedy. Please note: We may decline a return/replacement if the product was altered or broken due to improper handling by the customer (e.g. snapped by force, damage during aggressive cleaning of supports, etc.), as these are not manufacturing defects. The item must be in essentially the condition it arrived in, aside from the reported issue.
Customer Shipping Responsibility (Returns): In the rare case that we authorize a return of a damaged item, we will provide instructions for return shipping. Do not send anything back without contacting us first. We will cover return shipping costs and the cost of sending a replacement only if the issue is deemed to be our responsibility (production or packing error, etc.). If a return shipment is agreed upon, make sure to pack the item securely. We reserve the right to refuse the return or refund if the item is further damaged due to inadequate packaging on the return.
Order Cancellations: Because our products are made-to-order, orders cannot be canceled once printing has begun. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of placing the order) and we will try to accommodate if the print process hasn’t started. Once the item is in production or shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Note: Pre-made or in-stock items (if we ever offer them) would generally fall under the standard 14-day cancellation right until shipped, but currently almost all items are printed on demand.
This Policy and Your Statutory Rights: This return policy does not limit or replace any legal rights you have under consumer laws. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may have the right to a remedy under law. For example, EU customers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for products that turn out to be defective or not as advertised. We will honor our obligations under applicable laws for legitimate issues. Our aim is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, within the reasonable bounds of our made-to-order model.
