High-Quality Resin & Minor Imperfections: All miniatures are 3D-printed in high-quality resin. Due to the nature of resin casting and 3D printing, small surface imperfections or minor defects may occur. These slight imperfections are normal for resin products and do not affect the overall detail or functionality of the miniature. Each piece is unique, and any minor flaws are part of the hand-crafted process.
Fragile Material – Handle with Care: Resin models are inherently fragile. Please handle, assemble, and paint them with care to avoid breakage. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper handling or misuse after delivery. Always take precautions (e.g., use a gentle touch when removing supports or during painting) to prevent accidental damage.
Not Intended for Children: Our miniatures are collectible items for hobbyists, not toys. They often contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard. Keep them away from young children. Adult supervision is required if minors are involved in any stage of unpacking or handling
Custom-Made Products – No Routine Returns: Each miniature is printed to order (made on-demand for each customer). Because of this custom nature, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless there is shipping damage or a serious defect upon arrival. Normal variations or minor cosmetic issues are not considered defects for return purposes. (See our Return Policy below for details on what qualifies as a return.) By placing an order, you acknowledge that change-of-mind returns are not accepted for made-to-order items.
Use of Third-Party Designs (Intellectual Property): Some miniatures are produced using third-party designs (for example, designs from Bite the Bullet Studio and other creators) which we use with permission. All such designs remain the intellectual property of their original creators. Little Legends Minis is a licensed manufacturer of these designs – your purchase entitles you to the physical 3D-printed model, not the design files or reproduction rights. You may paint and enjoy the models for personal use, but any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of the sculpt/design is prohibited.
